Previa hits 1/3 Million Miles

How far will it go ?

My 1992 Toyota Previa has surpassed the

ONE THIRD OF A MILLION MILES  mark...

as of June 2008 it has surpassed the 345.000  mile mark ...and running strong . This van has taken me to nearly every gig for almost 10 yrs .

Damn good vehicle ... i suggest you all go out and get yourselves one.

But wait ...they dont make this model anymore ... so you’ll have to get a Sienna instead .

Perhaps some nice person at Toyota will see this testimonial from this starving musician ... be wicked impressed that I’m featuring the PREVIA with its own page on my website...and give me a new van ... most likely not !

Well in any case I’ll keep driving it ...I’m speculating that 350,000 miles is easily reachable ... time will tell ...check back here for updates !

THE PREVIAS LAST RIDE

IT’S TRUE .... All things must come to an end.... while trying to put in new spark plugs in Mzy ’09 I broke a spark plug off in the engine.

This is the end of my time with my Previa .Sometime near Memorial day I will deliver the Previa to its new owner ... I found a couple that own an apple orchard ...and they have 2 Previas and they are buying it to fix / integrate with their own Previas...so its kind of like its being put out to pasture with its own kind, or it may become kind of like an automotive organ donor .I’ll update with final statistics and pics soon ...but right now i’f suffering from Previa separation anxiety, and coping with the guilt that if i hadn’t broken off that spark plug the Prev would be driving off into the sunset, just like in the movies ... instead of having to hobble over to Schylerville on only 3 cylinders . STAY TUNED !!
